Born and raised in Luxembourg, Philippe expanded his passion for food in culinary school near his hometown, and worked as fine dining chef at sea and on land. He later got a Bachelor Fine Arts in Luxembourg and earned a Masters degree in Product Design in Denmark.
Over the past two decades, Philippe collaborated on design and architecture projects, events and exhibitions throughout Europe and Canada. His interest in using design to improve life led him to lead and co-create projects in developing countries on social innovation and public healthcare in underserved communities. Philippe has designed and manufactured numerous thoughtful consumer products, always focusing on sustainability and life cycle.
Philippe speaks eight languages fluently, has explored over 90 countries and their cultures, and hosted a travel TV show on RTL Network. He’s a University lecturer, dynamic networker, community builder, TEDx speaker, Pecha Kucha Night organizer (LU & DK), workshop facilitator and event organizer.
He is also a proud father and husband, an avid outdoorsman, and currently lives in beautiful Kamloops, BC, Canada.
